ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England - The Honorable Daniel Ginsberg, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, speaks at an Airman Leadership School Graduation at Eagle's Landing Oct. 18, 2012.
