Most clinics are closed during weekends, holidays and down days. The 48th MDG Emergency Department is open 24/7. |

The pharmacy provides pharmaceutical services to improve the health of all eligible beneficiaries.
Incoming personnel should contact the pharmacy prior to departure to ensure the availability of their medication.
Prescription Refills
All prescription refills must be telephoned in the day prior to pick-up. Call the Pharmacy Refill System at DSN 226-8091 or toll free at (0800) 919 121. All medications must be collected within five working days.
Hours of Operation
Pharmacy hours are generally from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. The pharmacy is closed on federal holidays, wing down days and the last Thursday of every month until noon. |

The 48th Medical Group supports the combat capability of the 48th Fighter Wing, 100th Air Refueling Wing, 501st Combat Support Wing and 352nd Special Operations Group by delivering primary and specialty health care services to more than 35,000 beneficiaries totaling 123,000 outpatient and 2,000 inpatient encounters annually at six operating locations throughout the U.K. and Norway
The 48th MDG provides direct and operational expeditionary medical support capability to the U.S. European Command, U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Central Command.
The 48th MDG has been named the Air Force Surgeon General's Best Hospital of the Year for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
