9/13/2010 - Col. John Quintas, 48th Fighter Wing commander, speaks with a First Term Airmen Center class on RAF Lakenheath, England, Sept. 13. Colonel Quintas introduced himself to the Liberty Wing’s newest Airmen and welcomed them to the team. FTAC is a two-week course that introduces new Airmen to active-duty life.
