How does the individual portray that core value?
Airman Bowman has no problem staying late to help out with tedious duty taskings and customers on last minute deployments. She is very dedicated to the mission, any assistance or positive contributions she can make is well worth any time or effort she has to spend extra at work. Since working in our section, she has made great improvements with her ideas and initiative!
Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
Serving in the Air Force is important to me because it allows me to be a part of something greater than I ever thought possible for me. Not only am I blessed with the opportunity to serve my country, but I get to serve my country with my fellow Airmen that are like a second family to me.
What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my tech school training. I graduated the course with honors.
What are your personal and/or professional goals?
Personally I want to do better for myself, future husband and children. Professionally, I want to get at least one masters degree. I also want to help the people in need i.e., homeless shelters, abused women and children, people having a hard time getting through rehab.
What is your favorite part of your job?
The customers, I really enjoy working with and helping the customers get what they need before they go on their next journey whether it is PCS or deploying.
