9/7/2012 - ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England - Chief Master Sgt. Joseph Kirk, Air Traffic Control career field manager Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., coins Master Sgt. Tracy Martinez, 48th Operation Support Squadron Radar Approach Control Center chief controller, at the RAPCON Sept. 5, 2012. Martinez won the ATC Air Force Enlisted Manager of the Year Award and the Maj. Gen. Van C. Doubleday Award.
