10/1/2012 - ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England - Airman 1st Class Alex Mengistab, 48th Civil Engineer Squadron heavy equipment operator, shovels dirt outside building 1063 Sept. 25, 2012. Airmen from the 48th CES uncovered the site to repair a leak in the waterline. This is just one way in which the 48th CES helps shape the installation.
