How does the individual portray that core value?

She manages a successful emergency management program for 23 units with 86 percent compliancy.

Serving in the Air Force is important to me because it allows me to serve my country and others, while at the same time giving me the ability, not only to grow, but thrive in all aspects of life. Serving in the Air Force has always been a dream of mine. With this privilege, I hope to be a positive influence throughout the Air Force community by utilizing all core values.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?

The accomplishment that I am most proud of during my Air Force career is running the emergency management program for the 48th Fighter Wing. I work with all 23 units on base ensuring personnel are trained and programs are implemented in order to mitigate any natural disaster or CBRNE threat. This includes coordinating the 48th FW Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan 10-2 during its most recent revision.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I am working toward my degree in biology with a minor in psychology and sociology. I would like to enter the Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program and serve in the Air Force as a registered nurse.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is interacting with an array of individuals throughout the base to ensure mission continuation during any emergency.
