OMAHA BEACH, France -- Vice Adm. Richard Gallagher congratulates Daniel Jones from Boy Scout Troop 219, RAF Lakenheath, for earning his Eagle Scout rank. Gallagher recognized 31 new Eagle Scouts during the Boy Scouts of America Transatlantic Council Normandy Camporee bonfire on Omaha Beach, France, April 26, 2008. More than 3,600 Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Venture Scouts and family members participated in this year's Normandy camporee, which is held every three years and included scouts from as near as Brussels, Belgium, and as far away as Budapest, Hungary.(U.S. Air Force photo by Maj. Child Fair
