Clinic services:
Medical care of the pediatric population from birth to 18 years old
Well baby check-ups (performed at newborn, 2wk, 2-, 4-, 6-, 9-, 12-, 15-, 18-, 24-, and 36-months of age)
Annual school physicals, sports physicals and well child/teen visits
Both routine and acute appointments are to deal with urgent and more long standing issues
Nurse-run phone line for advice, medication refills, completion of forms (clinic can complete most paperwork without an appointment IF there has been a well check or physical within the past year)
Walk-in testing for Strep throat is available for ages 3 years and older (NOT an appointment with a provider, but testing for Strep only)
Walk-in wart follow-up clinic (for patients previously seen by a provider, in which the wart was treated with cryotherapy, may walk-in for retreatment as needed)
Teen reproductive health issues: counseling, medication, testing

General administrative information:
The clinic is closed the fourth Thursday of every month for training.

Patient Instructions:
Please arrive no later than scheduled your appointment time or you may be considered late and may need to wait or reschedule your appointment.
Minors (children less than 18 years old) may not be seen without a parent or legal guardian
Minors (age 15 years and up) may consent for care related to sexual or reproductive health without parental consent
Unattended children cannot be left alone in the waiting room
Case management services are offered for patients with more complex medical issues (requires a consult from your primary provider)

Immunizations information:
Immunizations for patients empanelled to the Pediatric Clinic are completed after well check  visits.
The Pediatric Immunization clinic is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. for patients with well check / physical appointments.
