48th MXG USAFE-AFAFRICA award winners

This year’s U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa Clements McMullen Memorial Daedalian Weapon System Maintenance Trophy, Maintenance Effectiveness, Lieutenant General Leo Marquez and Innovative Maintenance Team Award winners were announced during the Maintenance Professional of the Year event here inside Hangar 6, Feb. 8, 2019.

 

The 48th Maintenance Group was recognized as the 2018 USAFE-AFAFRICA Clements McMullen Memorial Daedalian Weapon System Maintenance Trophy winners.

The 48th Munitions Squadron was recognized as the 2018 USAFE-AFAFRICA Maintenance Effectiveness Award Category 3 winners.

 

The USAFE-AFAFRICA Lieutenant General Leo Marquez Awards were:

Capt. Nicole L. Lane 48th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, named the 2018 Outstanding Company Grade Manager. 

Staff Sgt. Rigoberto S. Cruz, 748th AMXS, named the 2018 Outstanding Technician Supervisor.

Abraham Deany, 48th Component Maintenance Squadron, named the 2018 Outstanding Civilian Manager.

 

USAFE-AFAFRICA Lieutenant General Leo Marquez Awards were

Capt. Tyler J. Schochenmaier 48th MUNS, named the 2018 Outstanding Company Grade Manager. 

Master Sgt. Stacy L. Shoemaker, 48th MUNS, named the 2018 Outstanding Supervisor Manager. 

Tech. Sgt. Nathaniel M. Powers, 48th AMXS, named the 2018 Outstanding Technician Supervisor.

 

These winners will move on to compete at the Air Force level.
