Meggett continually proves his value to his squadron on a daily basis. His expertise and attention to detail were displayed when he was handpicked as the lead staff assisted visitor inspector by RAF Mildenhall's 100th Maintenance Group commander in preparation for their 2013 Logistics Compliance Assessment Program inspection. Meggett also displayed his strategic thinking and readiness experience by developing a new cargo deployment training plan, which has been replicated by the 48th Maintenance Group. This training will be further implemented throughout the 48th Fighter Wing. Meggett's drive for excellence and consistent upbeat demeanor is contagious and has spread throughout the 48th CMS. He will also be vital to upcoming inspections. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? It gives me the thrill of being a part of a family and team that takes care of each other.
