How does the individual portray that core value?
Perry truly inspires with his seemingly endless amounts of energy and positive contributions. Whenever there have been opportunities to help people, Perry is not just the first to help but he leads the efforts and recruits others as well. Whether it's in the local community through children's Christmas parties, honoring allied veterans of World War II, or helping our deployed spouses, Matt is there. I know he gets immense personal satisfaction from his efforts, but his acts are truly selfless.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
My father served in the Air Force as an F-100 Super Sabre crew chief and has been my inspiration to serve my country.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I am most of proud of when I was given the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the staff and Wounded Warriors at the USO Warrior Center while TDY to Ramstein Air Base, Germany. I felt humbled to assist our brothers and sisters in arms who have sacrificed in so many ways for our freedom.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
To make Master Sergeant and finish my Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant licensing and Motorcycle Technician courses.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Working with some of the finest Air Force crew chiefs doing what we do best..."Greenin' Up Eagles!"
