Hobbies: Playing music, sports and reading Core Value Portrayed: "Excellence in All We Do" How does the individual portray that core value? As a central storage apprentice, Jean Jacques has continued to sustain our warehouse inventory rate at 97 percent or higher. He has excelled in his career development courses, averaging over 90 percent on his unit review exams. Jean Jacques has taken numerous personal development courses and is always motivated when it comes to improving himself. His determination to be the best not only in job performance but also in the community has led him to dedicate 60 hours at the base chapel as well as volunteering his off-duty time to help those in the community with home improvements. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving in the Air Force gives me a chance to continue my education without being in debt after receiving my degree. The Air Force is important to me, because it gives me a different perspective in life mainly the military lifestyle. Also, I get to see the world and experience different things such as other cultures. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? The accomplishment I am most proud of is receiving the unsung hero award for the month of May from Libert Wing Top 3. I'm proud of that accomplishment because I'm a hard worker with a positive attitude at all times and always willing to help others. What are your personal and/or professional goals? One of my goals is to get my masters in aeronautical engineering and to get better at playing the guitar. What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part is knowing the mission and understanding that if we don't do our job efficiently we slow down the tempo, and I get to see awesome parts that go on the jets.
