Goins has volunteered numerous hours supporting both 48th Fighter Wing and 48th LRS missions after hours. He has always been readily available to step up and work outside his normal hours of operation. He consistently displays a positive can do attitude both on and off duty. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving in the Air Force provides me challenges on a daily basis and I am proud to be a member of the team. I am constantly learning and progressing both professionally and personally by being in the Air Force. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I am proud that I was a part of a team that excelled during the Combined Unit Inspection, Operational Readiness Inspection and U.S. Air Forces in Europe Logistics Compliance Assessment Program inspections, which received ratings of Excellent. What are your personal and/or professional goals? I would like to obtain a bachelor's degree in logistics management. My professional goals are to be selected for Senior Airman Below-The-Zone and to be promoted to the rank of Staff Sgt. during my first testing opportunity. What is your favorite part of your job? My job provides me ample opportunities to deploy with the fighter squadrons during their exercises and deployments, which allows me to support their mission and travel Europe.
