Hayward aggressively tackles all challenges with top-notch results. I can rely on her to accomplish any task she is given, regardless of the challenge or complexity. She continually strives to perfect her skills in every aspect of the operations management career field. She sets a positive example for others with her dedicated work ethic. Regardless of the situation, I am confident that she will prevail. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? It is very satisfying to me, knowing that by serving my country I am contributing to our nation's freedom. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? My proudest accomplishment during my Air Force career was when I deployed to Sigonella and assisted with the set up of 50 tents that housed 550 NATO forces personnel. What are your personal and/or professional goals? My goal is to finish my bachelor's degree in International Relations. What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of the job is getting to meet and work with people and customers from all of the different squadrons and career fields, and assisting them with civil engineering matters.
