How does the individual portray that core value?

Rivers is also our lead physical training leader and has put together a rigorous training program for the squadron. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I enjoy serving in the U.S. Air Force. I joined to experience a different lifestyle, and it's hard to find a better opportunity that allows you to travel the world and meet new people.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I enjoy reflecting on the last several years and seeing how far I, as well as my colleagues, have grown. The knowledge we have gathered and the personal growth we have achieved is amazing. I recently became a supervisor for the first time, and I am grateful to be able to pass on lessons I have learned in my short career.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I have been working towards a higher education for the last couple of years. My goal was to graduate with my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and I will reach that goal this summer. Other goals I have for myself are to gain as much experience as I can in the facility manager career field with deployments, training courses, as well as day-to-day operations

What is your favorite part of your job?
I have always enjoyed working with numbers, and this job suits me. The people I work with here at RAF Lakenheath are second to none. It makes coming to work each day very easy. Aside from my duties as a budget analyst, I am also pushed to new levels with understanding the expectations of being a unit deployment manager.
