How does the individual portray that core value?
Richardson continually displays excellence. Aside from her outstanding performance in the Air Traffic Control Tower, she takes full advantage of volunteer opportunities. She is a devoted Victim Advocate and a certified By Stander Intervention trainer. Additionally, her off-base participation allows the local community to get a firsthand look at one of the Air Force's Core values.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
Being in the Air Force has shown me what I'm capable of accomplishing and seeing that gives me the courage to go further and challenge myself more.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Becoming a victim's advocate through the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator program. It provides me with opportunities to empower young women and make a change in Air force culture by giving Bystander Intervention Training.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I would like to start working on my master's in Women's Studies as soon as I complete my upgrade training. I would also like to make Staff Sgt. the first time I test.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I love that every day is different and that it is a challenge.
