Hobbies: Working-out, spending time with my family and working on cars. Core Value Portrayed: "Excellence in All We Do" How does the individual portray that core value? In the last eight months, Dunn has consistently demonstrated the technical prowess and skillful decision-making abilities to make him a unanimous choice as the Sheet Metal section's lead production supervisor. Most recently, Dunn was selected to lead an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter repair team for a cracked major structural member. His expertise is vital to the daily success of his section and the squadron overall. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? The more time I spend in the military, the more the idea of the Air Force family hits me. While serving my country, I try and serve the Airmen and the NCO's that are around me. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? When I was stationed at McConnell Air Force Base as a Staff Sgt., I was nominated as a "Knuckle-Buster" for my squadron. That award means so much to me because no packages were involved; it was voted on by Airmen who worked for you and the Flight Chief's that signed-off on your EPR. What are your personal and/or professional goals? My personal short-term goal is to better balance my work life with my family life as my wife and I are expecting twins next month. My professional goals are to achieve a Bachelor's degree and retire as a Senior Master Sgt. What is your favorite part of your job? The best part of my job is molding a group of individuals I work with and turn into a cohesive team that can accomplish any task and will do almost anything for each other.
