How does the individual portray that core value?
Airman Tilt embodies "Excellence In All We Do" as she is always willing to learn new processes and performs them in a meticulous manner. She is enthusiastic in her duties and with assisting customers. Her collection of "excellent" customer comment cards in her short tenure is proof-positive of her abilities and dedication to people and the mission.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
By serving in the Air Force, I can assist people worldwide by supporting countries through times of need. That way they can live in a better, more stable environment.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I walk out of work at the end of the day knowing the information I have supplied and updated is 100 percent accurate and my actions have positively impact our wingmen's careers.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My goals are to become more knowledgeable within my career field. Additionally I want to further my education in order to overcome any obstacles, to better my life as well as others.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Assisting customers with anything they need assistance with that may impact their careers, families and personal lives.
