Excellence in All We Do was portrayed during our recent Air Traffic Systems Evaluation Program inspection when Staff Sgt. Ponte was identified by the inspection team as a "superior performer". Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? I'm honored to serve in a military that breeds brother and sisterhood where everyone takes care of the mission and each other. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I'm proudest of receiving Distinguished graduate during Airman Leadership School. What are your personal and/or professional goals? Professionally I would like to make technical sergeant. and be accepted in Airmen Education and Commissioning Program. Personally I would like to finish my degree in Computer Engineering with a 4.0 grade point average and complete the UK Tough Guy challenge. What is your favorite part of your job? I enjoy the flexibility, range, complexity and scope of my job. Working on ground-to-air radios, navigational aids, computer interfaces and weather equipment has given me a very well rounded education on technology.
