How does the individual portray that core value? Airman Taylor's selfless and continued drive for excellence is evident daily. He is striving to complete his upgrade training as quickly as possible. Airman Taylor is already on his fourth and last volume of his Career Development Course maintaining an impressive 99-percent average on his volume review tests. In this short time he has shown enough proficiency to be signed off on 50 percent of his upgrade tasks required to obtain his 5-skill level. Airman Taylor has been on several flightline jobs, one of which was a post-maintenance X-ray of an F-15E aircraft. His efforts helped identify a foreign object which if it had not been detected could have been ingested into one of the aircraft's engines, which could have caused catastrophic damage to the aircraft and possible loss of life to aircrew. Airman Taylor's steadfast duty performance truly epitomizes the Air Force Core Value of "Excellence in All We Do!"


Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? It has allowed me to become part of a greater team.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I'm proud of graduating technical school.

What are your personal and/or professional goals? My goals are to get a bachelor's degree in education so I can be a high basketball school coach and to serve 20 years in the United States Air Force.

What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is that it is really important to every air mission flown.
