How does the individual portray that core value?
Staff Sgt. Mitchell was hand-picked by flight leadership to lead group tiger team to inspect 20 F-15 Aircraft. His excellent technical skills directly lead to the ability for the wing to generate 12 aircraft for the upcoming operational readiness exercise. This in turn correlates to the wings readiness posture for the ORI and NATO tactical evaluation.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
It gives me the opportunity to give back to my country in a way that you don't in the civilian world.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of becoming a dedicated crew chief and being assigned my own aircraft and nominated for DCC of the year.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
Finish my Community College of the Air Force degree, then on to my bachelor's in Computer Management.

What is your favorite part of your job?

Shaping tomorrow's Air Force though the mentoring of my Airmen.
