Staff Sgt. Guerra is the first dock chief to arrive each morning. He comes in every day with a "can do" attitude and will not leave until the job is finished. While preparing for the NATO evaluation Sergeant Guerra was the first to raise his hand to work weekends to ensure a successful inspection. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Considering less the 1% of the American population serves in the Armed forces; I consider it an honor to serve. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I'm most proud of being selected for two incentive rides on an F-15 and staying awake through pulling 9.6 Gs. What are your personal and/or professional goals? My goals are to make Tech. Sgt. next year and retire a props Chief Master Sgt. What is your favorite part of your job? Receiving a broke engine, tearing it down, replacing the damaged parts, passing test cell and returning to service, fully mission capable.
