Mandatory No Fear Act training due by Nov. 5 The No Fear Act has a number of mandatory requirements for all federal agencies to implement. One requirement is that all employees shall be provided training regarding their rights under anti-discrimination and whistleblower protection laws and available remedies if those rights are violated. For those individuals without a Common Access Card, the 48th Fighter Wing Equal Opportunity Office has developed a briefing that satisfies the No Fear Act training requirements including a test and "certificate" for the employees--verifying completion of the training. Please contact the EO office at 226-2468 for the next scheduled No FEAR briefing. All U.S. employees and managers who supervise civilian employees must complete the training and provide the Equal Opportunity Office with their certificate of training at the following address: 48/FW_EO@lakenheath.af.mil DEERS Telelphone Number Corrections The Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System (DEERS) contains many incorrect telephone contact numbers.
