Core Value Portrayed: Excellence in All We Do How does the individual portray that core value? Airman Hall does an incredible job at portraying 'Excellence in all Do'. He is the first one at work and the last person to leave. Perfection is his goal, and he tries to make sure that all the work he does is perfect. He sincerely enjoys helping customers. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving in the Air Force instills a sense of pride and responsibility. The Air Force gives me the opportunity to strive for greater things, to be a better person and be a better father and husband. The Air Force allows me to serve and protect my country. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? My first oath of enlistment. Raising my right hand and taking the Oath to be an Airman in the United States Air Force and starting on the path to secure a future for my family is one of my greatest personal accomplishments. If not for the beginning, I would not have many great things to look back at the end. What are your personal and/or professional goals? My personal and professional goals go hand in hand. My first goal is to be selected senior airman below-the-zone. My second goal is to make staff sergeant. my first try testing. My third goal is to obtain my bachelor's degree in less than 5 years. Lastly, I'd like to become an officer while continuing my education. What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is the different challenges. I enjoy the everyday tasks that go along with the job but it's the odds and ends like the questions out of the blue that I like to work and complete. These parts of the job make it interesting.
