Sergeant Wells took charge of the flight and excelled while the flight chief was deployed. He maintained and prepared the flight for supervision changeover upon return from deployment. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving is important to me because I am serving my country and have learned leadership skills. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I am most proud of my deployment tour in Afghanistan. What are your personal and/or professional goals? Get a master's degree in electrical engineering, find a job with an aircraft manufacturer and retire from the Air Force. What is your favorite part of your job? The job satisfaction of seeing an aircraft come back empty [of munitions] after you loaded it.
