How does the individual portray that core value? Bobby is a beacon within any facility that he works in and while he considers it "just my job", he never loses sight of the quality standards set and required for the event, task or mission. He leans forward to set the highest standard and ensures that those working for him meet or exceed expectations through constant monitoring and training when needed. His dedication and excellence was recently supported by recognition as "Peacekeeper of the Month" and "Outstanding Performer" during NATO deployment to Kosovo.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? It gives me a sense of accomplishment because I am serving my country in the best Air Force in the world.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I would say getting my RAPCON ratings because it gives me a better opportunity to further my career.

What are your personal and/or professional goals? My short-term goal is to make technical sergeant. My long-term goal is to get a master's degree.

What is your favorite part of your job? The best part of my job is knowing I am making a difference every time I talk to an aircraft.
