Sergeant LaRosa, or as we call him "G", exemplifies the core value service before self. His work ethic and dedication are unmatched. He is a crew chief by trade, yet he performs his current UDM duties as though he has been a professional loggie for years. He works countless hours and weekends deploying more people from his unit annually than any other UDM and he does it without ever complaining, with perfection and best of all with a smile that eases the worries of our first time deployers.
