Core Value Portrayed: Excellence in All We Do

How does the individual portray that core value? Sergeant Bodine's selflessness and continued striving for excellence is evident daily. Taking an aircraft maintainer and turning him into an administrative expert is no easy task, but Sergeant Bodine has proven it is possible. As the 48th Equipment Maintenance Squadron's Unit Programs Manager, he oversees 12 critical programs, and assists with others when needed. Within the past few months he has rewritten the squadron's security operational instruction and provided several key recommended improvements to Air Mobility Command's online airfield drivers' training program. These tasks required countless hours of research, and overtime. Nonetheless, Sergeant Bodine's recommendations were adopted which streamlined their processes, enhancing our squadron and the Air Force's mission. Sergeant Bodine's steadfast duty performance truly epitomizes the Air Force core value of "Excellence in All We Do!"
