Mrs. Beal absolutely portrays the core value of "Excellence in All We Do," every single day. She diligently works within our squadron and community agencies to promote safety training and to prevent injuries and illness, both on and off duty. She also serves as a fantastic mentor to young Airmen learning to drive in the UK. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? It has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? When I helped revamp Ministry of Defence and U.S. safety standards for civil engineering so they both can work together hand in hand. What are your personal and/or professional goals? I would like to be able to finish additions to my house and create a larger living environment for my grandchildren when they come to visit. My career goal is to be able to go from unit safety manager to health and safety advisor. What is your favorite part of your job?
