Tobacco Cessation Course
A two-part tobacco cessation course will be Sept. 8, 1 to 3 p.m. and Sept. 22, 1 to 3 p.m. The course will cover behavior modification, group support, nutrition, oral hygiene and more. The program is beneficial to both smokers and dippers. 

Cholesterol Reduction Class
A cholesterol reduction class will be Sept. 21, 9 to 11 a.m. This class provides the tools and techniques to help reduce saturated fat intake when cooking and dining out. 

Pre-Natal Briefing
A pre-natal class will be Sept. 16, 1 to 3 p.m. The class is designed to help expecting mothers learn about prenatal nutrition, exercise, new parent support groups, resources, and the WIC program. This class is mandatory for active-duty Airmen that are pregnant. 

Breast Feeding Education Class
A breast-feeding education class will be Sept. 2, 5 to 7 p.m. The class will help new and expectant moms in successfully breastfeeding their baby. 

Sensible Weigh Class
A sensible weight class will be Sept. 3, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The class is designed for anyone looking to reduce body fat through healthy nutrition. Monthly Follow-up appointments are available to keep you on track of your program. 

Post-Natal Exercise
A post-natal exercise class will be every Tuesday, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. The class will assist mothers returning to exercise after pregnancy. 

Back Strengthening Class
A back strengthening class will be every Tuesday, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The class will include a stretching class for anyone wanting to improve back strength. 

Stress and Anger Management
A four-week stress and anger management course is available through the HAWC.
