Well, it's that time of year again to let the Per Diem, Travel and Transportation Allowance Committee know how much you spend on utilities here in the UK. This is your opportunity to vocalize your concerns with the increasing costs of your bills, from electrical to water. The survey is open to all uniformed military members currently living in privately leased housing who are currently receiving the Overseas Housing allowance (OHA) - Utility Allowance. The survey will be available to June 3 and should take 15 to 30 minutes. You can open it, close out, and re-enter at your leisure to complete the survey - it saves your progress. All results are submitted in strict confidence. Remember, this survey helps benefit families throughout the UK. the 2009 Link for OHA Utility / MIHA Survey is https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/oha/survey/utility.html.
