Phillip Andrew Myers, formerly of the 48th Civil Engineer Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, should contact the summary court officer at 226-3986 or e-mail at Patrick.Kucera@lakenheath.af.mil. This is the second notice for any claims for or of his estate.
