48th OSS Airman displays Air Force core values

ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Airman 1st Class Kevin Gronnvoll, 48th Operations Support Squadron air traffic control journeyman, was nominated for the Liberty Spotlight by his chain of command because he practices the Air Force core values of "Integrity First", "Service before Self" and "Excellence in All We Do".

Core Value Portrayed: Airman Gronnvoll is an outstanding combination of all three values. Daily he displays the integrity that shows the marks of a future leader with a "do the right thing attitude". Airman Gronnvoll has a "not until the job is complete" mindset that shows his commitment to service before self. His drive to constantly improve and never to settle for good enough make him the epitome of "Excellence in All We Do".
