His efforts alone have contributed immensely to our unit's deployment readiness. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving in the military is something not everyone is cut out to do. I get great satisfaction knowing that I get up and go to work every day doing something that many will never experience in their lifetime. What are your personal and career goals? Personally, I hope to continue to grow as a person. Career-wise I want to reach the highest echelon of management to be better able to help Airmen prepare for tomorrow's ever-changing demands being placed upon military members.
