AGE Airman displays Integrity First Published March 28, 2008 ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Airman Benjamin O'Bryan, 48th Equipment Maintenance Squadron Aerospace Ground Equipment apprentice, was nominated for the Liberty spotlight by his chain of command because he epitomizes the core value of "Integrity First." Hobbies: Baseball, golf, traveling, hanging out with friends Core value portrayed: Integrity First. Airman O'Bryan is the physical embodiment of "Integrity First." Whether he is working in the shop with all eyes on him, or alone on the flight line, the job is done right the first time... every time. It is this work ethic that led to the AGE Flight nominating him as "Shop Specialist" for the 1st Quarter of 2008. Although he is still a 3-level apprentice, he tackles everything with 100 percent enthusiasm which is why everyone that works with him is confident in his abilities to get the job done correctly with or without supervision. It is of no surprise that Airman O'Bryan has quickly gained the trust and respect of leadership through his "by the book" attitude. Airman O'Bryan is a true attribute to the AGE Flight and he will go far in his Air Force career. Why serving is important to you? I wanted to follow in my father and brother's footsteps by serving in the military. Also I wanted to do my part and serve my country during a time of war. What are your personal and career goals? Finish my Community College of the Air Force degree and continue on with a bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health. Earn my 5-level in AGE and go as far as possible in my career.
