ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Tech. Sgt. Delain Hayes, Jr., 48th Aerospace Medicine Squadron Mildenhall Health and Wellness Center non-commissioned officer in charge, was nominated for the Liberty spotlight by his chain of command because he epitomizes the core value of "Service before self."

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? My greatest accomplishment was helping former troops reach their potentials and watching them grow because of it.

What are your personal and career goals? My goals are to help people along the way and serve 24 years. If I make master sergeant, I would like to serve for 26 years. I would like to finish my degree in human resources.
