Liberty NCO emphasizes Air Force pride

Core Value Portrayed: Sergeant Hayes personifies the core value of Service Before Self. He has gone above and beyond, staying sometimes four to five extra hours a day to ensure mission success. He has taken on the responsibility of being the lead for National Nutrition Month. His hard work and dedication has awarded him nearly 100 percent satisfaction on customer feedback surveys.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? My greatest accomplishment was helping former troops reach their potentials and watching them grow because of it.

What are your personal and career goals? My goals are to help people along the way and serve 24 years. If I make master sergeant, I would like to serve for 26 years. I would like to finish my degree in human resources.
