Base car wash guidelines

RAF LAKENHEATH, England --  The Lakenheath Auto Hobby Complex is asking customers to be cautious when using the drive through car wash located at their facility. 

In recent days, the Auto Hobby Complex has lost wash days due to simple errors.  

Please be attentive to the following guidelines for car wash use: 
· Drive between the guard rails, not on them. Driving on the guard rails will knock the machine off track. 
· Please remain where you are after you have stopped your vehicle. If you do move after you've stopped, the machine will stop mid-cycle and no more washes can be made until the engineer resets the machine. 
· Remain still until the green arrow lights up. If you move before the green arrow shows, the machine will stop mid-cycle and no washes can be made until the engineer resets the machine. 

Frequent calling of an engineer may result in an increase in car wash prices. 

The car wash is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week. 

If you have any trouble, please do not move the vehicle. Call the Auto Hobby Complex at 226-2454 for assistance. Also, be aware that the car wash does use CCTV.
