Airman's infectious attitude garners spotlight

Airman 1st Class Raphael Jean, personnel apprentice, was nominated for the Liberty spotlight by his chain of command because he epitomizes the core value of "Excellence in all we do."

Core Value Portrayed: Airman Jean is always there to help. For being in the AF such a short time, he is extremely knowledgeable in his career field. Attitudes are contagious and Airman Jean has infected everyone. He has such a great attitude for the squadron, his job and the people he works with. "Excellence in all we do" is by far the core value that he portrays each and every day.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I am most proud of winning the Award of Excellence during my first Unit Complaince Inspection.

What are your personal and career goals?
My personal goal is to complete my bachelor's degree in Political Science. My career goal is to make chief master sergeant.
