Issue requests must be submitted to Munitions Accountability by Aug. 20 and picked up Aug. 29 in order to meet scheduling requirements. All munitions turn-ins completed with Munitions Inspection no later than Sept. 29. Emergency issue requests must be justified and approved in writing by the requesting unit's group commander or equivalent. Normal operations will resume on Oct. 1. Tops in Blue Takes Applications Tops in Blue announced it is taking applications for the World Wide Talent Competition to be held Dec. 2-10.
