Nicholasa Reed 48th Fighter Wing Public Affairs ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- The Liberty Wings week of inspections was wrapped up Aug 27 during the Unit Compliance Inspection out brief at the base theatre. USAFE inspectors congratulated the wing and its personnel's performance, measured dedication and commitment, as well as the professionalism and excellent customer service displayed. After the out brief, Brig. Gen. John Hesterman said to the inspection team, "We're better than we were when you got here." To his Liberty warriors, he said, "Cut loose for a second, holler and scream!" He continued, "Very well done! I couldn't be more proud of you." The Wing received an overall excellent. Inspectors found all support programs to be in compliance.
