"It's not over yet," said Lt. Col. Doug Jenkins, 48th Fighter Wing Exercise and Inspections chief. "Until Monday afternoon we are still under the microscope." "Although we're nearing the end of the inspection, I'm confident our Liberty warriors will continue to put their best foot forward and proudly demonstrate our team's capabilities." said Brig. Gen. John Hesterman, 48 Fighter Wing commander. "They are going to find stuff, but keep your chin up and keep a positive attitude," said Colonel Jenkins. "It's an opportunity to fix something and make your program better. The wing out brief will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the base theater, however, due to limited seating, not everyone will be able to attend. Seats have been divided among the groups, and attendees will be notified in advance. Leadership is also looking into broadcasting the out brief via closed circuit television to Strike Eagle Complex and the large wing conference room.
