Seale was submitted for a Liberty Spotlight by Master Sgt. Christopher Fletcher, 48th Maintenance Group first sergeant. According to Fletcher, Seale consistently performs above and beyond his rank. As the 48th MXG unit deployment manager, Seale is the focal point when it comes to deploying Liberty Wing maintenance. His drive and determination, combined with his talent to foresee problems before they arise, have proven to be critical to the planning and execution of every temporary duty assignment and deployment from RAF Lakenheath. Seale takes the success of each aircraft movement personally and never hesitates to step in and take charge of any situation, big or small. He recently led the 48th MXG through the 494th Fighter Squadron's deployment; seamlessly translating combatant commander mission requirements into a lethal warfighting package consisting of nearly 400 Airmen and 284 tons of equipment. Why did you join the Air Force? I joined to serve my country and provide for my family. How does your job support the mission of the 48th Fighter Wing? I manage the movement of hundreds of Airmen and thousands of short tons of equipment to locations worldwide, every day. What drives you as an Airman? I'm driven as an Airman by the same thing that drives me in life - to be the best at anything I do. What skills do you possess that set you apart from others? My greatest skills are critical thinking and a broad scope of knowledge and understanding of the AEF system. What has been your favorite place to travel in England/Europe, or where would you like to travel to? My favorite place to travel so far was Rome. I have plans to visit Spain, Belgium, and anywhere else I can manage the time to visit.
