Core Values Portrayed: Integrity First and Excellence In All We Do

How does the individual portray these core values?
Minnock was submitted for a Liberty Spotlight by Capt. Richelle Greer, 48th OSS weather flight chief. According to Greer, Minnock is instrumental in keeping the weather flight a well-oiled machine supporting flying operations at Royal Air Force Lakenheath.  As the NCO in charge of airfield support function, she oversees more than 24 daily weather observations, ensuring their accuracy, timeliness and relevance to the mission.  Just recently, when Air Force Manual 15-111, a crucial weather regulation, was revised, Minnock immediately updated three standard operating procedures to ensure flight compliance.  Also, she quickly trained 10 other forecasters, guaranteeing the accuracy of weather products provided to warfighters.  Her initiative to ensure that standards are upheld exemplifies integrity and excellence.
