Kids on the move
Kids on the Move is a free program intended to help children become more active and change their approach to exercise. The program is offered year-round and is open to children ages 4 -12. Children older than 12 are welcome to participate as volunteers, helpers or team leaders. Classes are held at the RAF Lakenheath Elementary School. Roth TSP Contributions
If you wish to continue your Roth Thrift Savings Plan contributions, you must submit a new Roth TSP election on myPay or submit a TSP election form to your finance office during the time period Jan. 1-31, 2015.  Failure to do so will result in your Roth TSP contributions stopping after January 2015.  This requirement is due to pay system improvements that will more fully automate processing and provide better customer service to you.  Elections for Roth contributions for February 2015 will be accepted Jan. 1 to 31, 2015.  You may enroll online with myPay or submit the revised paper election form, TSP-U-1 to your finance office.  The revised TSP-U-1 (1/2015) will be available on www.tsp.gov on January 1st.  More information as well as worksheets to help you calculate your contribution will be available on www.dfas.mil in early December.

Healthy Holidays: Seasonal Incentive Program
Stay fit through the holiday season! Complete workouts at the Fitness Center Nov. 27-Dec. 31 and get a stamp. Fill your card and be entered to win a prize! Stamp cards are available at the Fitness Center front desk.

Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony
Join us at the MDG roundabout for a magical evening at the annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony On Friday, December 5 at 5 p.m! Includes a special visit from Santa, FREE hot chocolate, carol singing with the Youth Center and holiday food stalls.

First Fridays
Start your weekend right this Friday night at the Liberty Club! DJ Adam Baum will be spinning all your favorite tunes from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. Members FREE; Non-members $5.

Boys & Girls Club of America: National Fine Arts Competition & Exhibit
Ages 6-18 are encouraged to submit projects to the Youth Center by Wednesday, Dec. 10. Categories include: monochromatic drawing, multi-colored drawing, pastel drawing or painting, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, printmaking, collage, mixed media, sculpture or group project. Exhibit will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 4-5 p.m. at the Youth Center.

Dinner with Santa Family Night
Join us Wednesday, Dec. 10, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Liberty Club for dinner with Santa, giveaways and entertainment by James D! Member Adult $9.95; Non-member Adult $14.95; Member Child FREE; Non-member Child $3.95.

Holiday Wreath Making Workshop

Holiday wreath! Both fresh and artificial supplies are provided. Workshop is Thursday,
