How does the individual portray that core value?
Bradshaw was submitted by Tech. Sgt. Craig Domko, 48th Civil Engineer Squadron non-commissioned officer in charge of generator systems. According to Domko, Bradshaw consistently leads preventive and corrective maintenance and is not afraid to take on tasks above his skill level. He recently assisted in a major aircraft arresting system construction project, preserving the wing's top airfield safety priority and eliminated an operational risk management condition classified as catastrophic.

Why did you join the Air Force?
I joined the Air Force because I wanted to serve my country, travel and become a better person.

How does your job support the mission of the 48th Fighter Wing?
We maintain the aircraft arresting systems, which provide safe landing and control of aircraft if their braking systems fail. Maintaining emergency generators keeps critical wing missions operational during power outages.

What drives you as an Airman?
Knowing that doing my job every day supports the Air Force mission drives me as an Airman.

What skills do you possess that set you apart from others?
My work ethic and commitment to completing every task to my fullest ability sets me apart from others.

What has been your favorite place to travel in England/Europe, or where would you like to travel to?
I enjoy traveling to new places. I especially enjoyed visiting Oslow, Norway.
