How does the individual portray that core value?
Rehmert dedicated himself to making the Combat Operation Readiness Training the best in over two years. He worked through lunch and personal downtime to coordinate with other wing agencies and the U.K. Territorial Army to procure a training site at Stanford Training Area. He also procured all necessary training aids, and planned every aspect of the two-day field operation for 30 Airmen and eight Territorial Army personnel. His tireless efforts made the event a success for 48th LRS transportation personnel and forged a stronger tie with our host nation.

Why did you join the Air Force?
I joined the Air Force to serve my country and support my family.

How does your job support the mission of the 48th Fighter Wing?
As a vehicle operations control dispatcher, I coordinate passenger and cargo transportation requirements with the Installation Deployment Readiness Cell and Traffic Management Office to ensure personnel and assets reach their deployed location. I also coordinate and control the movement of vehicle operators transporting aircrew to and from the flightline. This contributes to on-time flights for the three flying squadrons. I monitor cargo operations and ensure priority aircraft parts and equipment are delivered to 28 organizations and tenant units across RAFs Lakenheath and Feltwell on a daily basis.

What drives you as an Airman?
Achieving my long term goal of becoming a chief master sergeant is what drives me as an Airman.

What skills do you possess that set you apart from other Airmen?
My strong work ethic and leadership skills set me apart from my peers.

What has been your favorite place to travel in England/Europe, or where would you like to travel to?
Since being stationed at RAF Lakenheath, Greece has been my favorite place to visit.
