Cale is a rare breed of NCO who understands that there are key times which require us to push ourselves mentally, physically and professionally to accomplish the U.S. Air Force mission. Cale is an outstanding and crucial part of our unit's mobility machine and has improved our unit, office and mobility process for the better. He constantly seeks new ways to streamline our pre-deployment and post-deployment processes to minimize any hardships to the security forces warfighter. His personality, energy and winning attitude are not only infectious but an essential part of any effective team. We couldn't do what we do without him. Why did you join the Air Force? To follow a long family tradition of serving in the military. How does your job support the mission of the 48th Fighter Wing? The 48th Security Forces Squadron provides worldwide responsive combat security forces personnel, cabable of dominating any adversary. What drives you as an Airman? I like the idea of making the Air Force better for all Airmen. What skills do you possess that set you apart from other Airmen in your shop? I have a tireless work ethic. I like to think I'm always available when the call comes, and I'm willing to sacrifice for the mission. What has been your favorite place to travel in England/Europe, or where would you like to travel to? I can't narrow our adventures to only one. We enjoy road trips because they afford us the opportunity to see multiple points of interest all over England and mainland Europe.
