Hobbies: Going to church, reading, traveling and spending time with my husband and two sons Core Value Portrayed: Service Before Self How does the individual portray that core value? Tech. Sgt. Radcliffe puts both the people and mission first before her personal desires. She continuously makes things harder on herself to make them better for others. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? Serving is such a selfless act, which involves unwavering commitment, it requires us to be a part of something much larger than any one person. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I am most proud of influencing the future of individuals I have supervised. Recently, I was thanked by a previous subordinate, for helping them make the Air Force a career and become a better Security Forces NCO. What are your personal and/or professional goals? My personal goals are to travel more with my husband and two children and to provide them with things and opportunities I never had. My professional goals are to be a better NCO, help others reach their maximum potential and serve on a team that affects positive influence across the nation. What is your favorite part of the job? My favorite part of the job is helping others and seeing my fellow Airmen benefit from a sound Unit Training and Development program.
