Staff Sgt. Quinn continuously displays "Service Before Self" during her daily maintenance actions. She is constantly mentoring younger crew chiefs on maintenance discipline and how to improve their maintenance skills. She is also the first one out to a job and the last one to leave, always putting the Air Force first. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? I enjoy being able to travel and learn about new cultures while serving my country. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I discovered a crack on an F-15C Eagle's wing. It directed a wing change restoring the safety of flight of the aircraft, and it potentially prevented a life-threatening crash and loss of a $29.9 million aircraft. What are your personal and/or professional goals? My personal goal is to earn a bachelor's degree in Culinary Management and Operations, and my professional goal is to one day become a first sergeant. What is your favorite part of the job? My favorite part of my job is the camaraderie and being able to see the finished product of my work.
